Recently, RiverRoad implemented a new operations management solution to source and provision consolidated waste and recycling services — designed and developed by DefinedLogic.   Not only does this new solution provide RiverRoad with enhanced functionality, workflow management and systems integration across their entire operations (Customer Service, Vendor Management, Procurement, and Accounting), it also includes a new web portal and reporting dashboard that provides their clients improved visibility and analytics of key cost drivers, spend analytics, and local hauler performance.
