ANALYST
The individual we are seeking has the ability to facilitate meetings with professionals representing both the technical and business side of an organization. The Analyst must bridge the gap between and coordinate efforts between the business unit and technology partners.
Ideal candidate must have an intimate understanding of web based technology and terminology, such as portals, content management, document management, e-commerce, usability, etc.
Client - as well as Business and Technology partner - interaction is the key to this position.
Requirements- 5+ years of business requirements gathering expertise.
- The ability to develop web-based solutions based on business requirements.
- Highly motivated to stay abreast of the latest technological advancements.
- Must be able to propose solutions during brainstorming sessions and facilitated meetings.
- The ability to utilize a strict methodology and manage to a timeline and budget.
- The ability to author and evaluate RFPs.
- Must be able to perform in an independent role; little guidance management.
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills.
- Relationships with industry expertise is a plus.
