business perspective. Technology is set aside during the define phase - we need
to understand what your business needs in order to build a successful solution.
Design
During the design phase, technology becomes the focal point of our discussions
with your team. We design for the total experience. This phase includes process
flows and technology architecture to graphic look-and-feel and data modeling. We
start by identifying business objectives, then reach out to target users and
subject-matter experts. We create prototypes and perform proof-of-concept testing,
ultimately providing our final recommendation on design and platform.
Develop
DefinedLogic focuses on tactical solutions that help build your strategic vision. Our
approach is to look beyond traditional system development strategies. We consider
your brand, the user experience, and the ideal technology to ensure a complete
solution. Only after we have defined the requirements and designed the system
can we develop the final solution. As a result, your project begins with a better
understanding of how success will be achieved and it defines a clear path to
that success.
Deliver
We stay involved. During the development process, we work with you to plan for
rollout, training, as well as support and maintenance. Once implementation of the
solution is finalized, we can complete a knowledge transfer with your team,
thereby supporting the application moving forward.
